  So, new ownership. Thought I'd give them a try. Needed a new piece of plexiglass for garage window. Duke's was closed. Took the frame with me and asked them to cut it for me and, as they seemed rather busy, I said that I would put it together myself when I get home. Guess what? It's a quarter inch short on both sides. Took it back and showed them the issue. They said no problem, we will fix it. Watched them cut a new piece and struggle with it. Asked if I could help. Compared the first piece with the one one that was just cut, one side still a quarter inch short!! Could I just have a refund? No refunds on cuts!!!? We're done here never going back.
